1. Discuss the feasibility of services and technical approaches with the client and sign the contract of preliminary experiments.
2. Preliminary experiments: submit the results of preliminary experiments according to the specified time when material for experiments and the corresponding funds are in place .
3. According to the results of preliminary experiments, the client evaluates the feasibility of the experiments. If practical, a contract of formal experiments can be signed after the charges being decided.
4. Formal experiments:work out the feasible experiment scheme and arrange the experiment dates based on the items on hand, then, carry out the experiment according to the scheme; we will timely send back the experiment results to the customer and inform him of the progress of our work. In addition, we provide emergency services if the customer is in dire need of the results as long as we receive samples and extra fee.
1.Experimental material : provided by customer or us.
2.Advance experiment : in advance experiment, we test 3 samples first and submit the experimental results to customer within some workdays after receiving the remittance for advance experiment. Then, customer verdicts the necessity of the following experiment via the advance results.
3.Formal experiment : certify the feasible experiment scheme and arrange the experiment dates basing the items on hand, then, carry out the experiment as the scheme; we will termly send back the experiment results to the customer to insure him or her to know well how the experiment develops. In addition, we provide emergency services if the customer is in dire need of the results as we receive samples and part of the fee.
4.Submitting of the experiment results : we will send the experiment results to customer by Excel, Words as well as the associated photos.
5.The mode of charging : the fee of advance experiment charges, all at once, by the number of testing items and the category of sample. While the formal experiment, first, charge 30% and after sending all the results to customer, the customer pays off all the fee.
